More on Form 3238 -- "Fire on Americans" Survey
The survey asking servicemen if they would fire on Americans
is REAL. It was created as a part of one man's college thesis.
The questionnaire was not part of armed forces entrance paperwork,
but was circulated among already-enlisted personnel. Please
ask gun owners who send this story around to exercise integrity
and simply report the facts.

More on Massachusetts Gun Banning Enforcement
"Attorney General Thomas Reilly said investigators will begin
spot checks of gun stores within 15 days."
"Built-in child proofing mechanism would also be required,
which could include increasing the trigger-tension to at least
a 10-pound pull..."
The report also tells of gun store owners moving out of the
state to neighboring New Hampshire in an exodus from the
land of the Boston Tea Party.

School Shootings and Drugs -- Making the Connection
"Americans have still failed to make the connection with
the rash of school killings by school children and the fact
that the young killers were all either on Ritalin or another
behavior-altering drug such as Prozac or Luvox."
"One in every 30 Americans between the age of 5 and l9 years
has a prescription to Ritalin, an addictive drug [said to
be a corrective measure for ADD and ADHD]."
"To date, however, there has never been issued a single
peer-reviewed paper officially claiming to prove that
ADD or ADHD even exists!"

The AAP, an admitted anti-Constitution organization calling
for guns to be removed from homes [see next story], is the
organization who, according to this report, invented ADD.
To bring about the socialization of medicine freedom-loving
Americans do not want, it stands to reason they must take
our guns. What better way to justify taking our guns than
by feeding thousands of children drugs which has demonstrated
sociopathic and psychopathic "side effects" to spawn a few
mass killings.
But these connections are all just coincidences, of course.

Pediatrics Groups Urging Guns Be Removed from Homes
This is about the AAP's call for disarmament. Whether you
read it or not, feel free to email them about these excerpted
statements:
"The Chicago-based group representing 55,000 children's
doctors urged pediatricians to ask questions about guns
as they take their patients' histories and to suggest
that parents remove guns from the home. It called on
all health care professionals to warn parents about the
dangers of guns inside and outside the home."

Gail Lightfoot to Defeat Diane Feinstein?
In response to the outrageous news article regarding the MA
AG's move to effectively ban a host of guns, the following
letter came from one of our faithful readers:
"This is when we have to ask the questions. How can the state
pass a law making merchandise currently legal and in stock on
shelves or counters within the state illegal to sell? Can the
state now be required to pay for such stock - as in a takings
of land under the U.S. Constitution? How can we get such laws
ruled invalid because they force legitimate businesses to dispose
of merchandise they purchased in good faith for resale? How
many irate letters will this law precipitate? How can I get
money (and votes) from gun owners to defeat Dianne Feinstein
and Tom Campbell for U.S. Senate in California? When will
gun owners stop worrying about the evil of drugs and recognize
the government has to be reined in now? When will gun owners
recognize be it their guns or someone else's drugs (and property)
we are all losing our right to Life as we lose our Liberty.

campaign and very little money to use to raise money."

Correction of 4/3 report
The city paying $6 Million to the family of the man they
murdered was not LA, it was Dinuda, CA. The report was
supposed to say CA, not LA. Please pardon this typo.
Either way, we learned that city employees can murder
without going to jail and that a city will use
taxpayer's money to buy their way out of a mess which
should have put people in prison.
