is a world-renowned Medicine Man, authored two books, is
an Endowment Life NRA member, has been GOA and CCRKBA for

class martial artist (and Ronald Reagan's nephew) who has
enough trophies, awards, plaques and certificates of
recognition to fill a foot locker including pictures signed
by people we only see on TV or read about.

Joint Services Combat Arms Survey Form 3238
-- Is This Document Real?
This is said to be a genuine form used for new troops entering
US Armed Services. Among the questions asked is a question
about firing on US civilians during arms confiscations. There
are also several questions regarding swearing allegiance to
the UN. We would like to prove or disprove the validity of
this document.

Massachusetts to Enforce STRICT "Gun-safety" Laws
Bans on sales of all guns which don't have a "this gun
is loaded" feature. Bans of so called "Saturday Night
Specials." Bans on guns with serial numbers which can
be tampered with.
"Officials in the state attorney general's office said
they don't know how many handguns for sale by the 700
federally licensed dealers in the state are in compliance
with the rules, but they estimate that a large percentage
aren't."
"So today they will begin inspections of dealers to issue
warnings against the sale of any guns that don't meet the
standards and they will send similar warnings to gunmakers
and wholesalers nationwide."
"From now on, an official said, handgun sales that don't meet
the new standards will be subject to a $5,000 fine and possible
contempt-of-court penalties."
"Several major handgun manufacturers will be able to meet some
of the new rules, but Massachusetts officials said that they
believed none would be in compliance with all the regulations
and a number of gunmakers have resisted many of the main
provisions, so it is difficult to predict what will happen when
the state begins enforcement."
Read the whole story if you can stomach it, but that is the meat
of it. (It doesn't get any better.)

clinton to Push Gun "Curbs" in Colorado
"President clinton will visit Colorado on the eve of the first
anniversary of the Columbine High School shootings to promote
a state ballot initiative that would require background checks
for firearm purchases at gun shows."
All teenage Colorado girls are encouraged to stay out of range
of this person or wear chastity belts should their work require
them to be in his vicinity.

9-year Old Boy Allegedly Accidental Suicide
Houston, no adult witnesses, don't believe it just because
it says it in the press, may have happened just like the
story says, either way, not good for the law abiding gun
owners. (Every time some poor excuse for a parent provides
a suicide weapon to a child, why do they take it out on the
rest of us?)

Charleton Heston's Speech at Brandeis College
Though I still don't think Charleton Heston has a
clue about the dangers of Project Exile for gun
owners, this speech is a knockout.

Regarding Project Exile, I spoke with the AZ State
Liaison of the NRA for half an hour this weekend.
He had no idea about the problems associated with
the program, but he certainly does now. He said there
is no immediate action to bring it to Arizona, but
there are certainly many other states talking about
hailing it in. Count on seeing much more about the
dangers of Project Exile from this and other Liberty
Advocacy Firearms Rights Organizations in the coming
weeks.

The SWAT team broke into his home looking for a shotgun
that didn't exist. Asleep, the man woke up to storm
troopers and reached for a KNIFE. They shot him 15
times. Nobody went to jail.

Attacker's Release Infuriates Cabdrivers
"Two District cabdrivers have been killed on the job in
the past seven months, another driver shot in the head
and paralyzed, and yet another stabbed in the eye during
a robbery."
"No arrests, no convictions. All open cases."
Then they catch a guy who puts a knife to the throat of a
cabbie, he pleads guilty, and gets right back out on
probation.

Conclusion: Judges who don't take cabs don't care about
public safety in the land where cabbies go to jail for
carrying a gun but judges can carry one freely.

do not have to abide and you must register mace or pepper
